“May the raindrops fall lightly on your brow. May the soft winds freshen your spirit. May the sunshine brighten your heart. May the burdens of the day rest lightly upon you, and may God enfold you in the mantle of His love.” –Irish Blessing

This is a photo of my nephew Martin Jake. He is such an great model if he is in the mood. Hahaha!! This is such an amazing shot I can’t even contain myself. One day I was just playing around with Jake and then suddenly he puts his eyes directly on to my lens. I wasn’t thinking about taking a photo of him. It just so happen that my camera was in our living room and he saw it. I asked him if he wanted me to take a picture. He obliged and I told him to look away from the camera for one sec and here is my outcome. hahaha… Thanks Jake!!!

Well, I’ve been back in Winnipeg for several months now. And for those who’ve been following my blog (hahahah!! if there are any of you out there..), you know that all of my post since May 2009 was pictures from my trip to the Philippines. I still have good pictures to share from the Philippines but I decided that its time for a little change of scene. So here it is, my first Winnipeg photo. I hope you enjoy. This photo was one of my test shots after buying my macro lens.
